How to give a gift to support the  Class of 1968 Fund

1) Go to www.pvamf.org

2) Select the " Click Here to Give" button (Upper right the homepage)

3) Complete the form with the information requested

4)  Click on “CLASS of 1968”

 YOUR GIFT - Select the dollar amount and whether you want this to be a one-time

 or recurring gift.

GIFT DESIGNATION

a.  Click on the drop down box in "Gift Designation" and select "Class Gift"

           i. You will then see an additional drop down box called "Specific Designation"

           ii. In the "Specific Designation" box select the drop down "1968"

b.  In the "Count Donation Towards" write in the "Class 1968 Fund".

c.  CONTACT INFORMATION

           i. Please provide your email address.  This really saves time and money when                 communicating with you.

To GIVE by US Mail

1. Make your check payable to PVAMF

2. On the check memo line please write "Class Gift - 1968 Fund"

3. Mail your check to:

Each Donor will receive their personal account ID.  Their account, when established, will allow 24-hour access and show the status of all gifts they have given to PVAMF.
